LOL, Just breaking Shifty Shiff and the Dems are backing off impeachment. They saw there were no polls moving in their direction and now having 2nd thoughts. Their way out is to censure the president but that will be a big loss for the Dems. A real slap in the face. And they deserve everything they get, including losing the house next election. What a shame how hatred can cause people to do some foolish things. Life is so much easier and fun when you leave hatred out of it.

Once again justice has prevailed. On to the next circus. What will they come up with next.......

Frankly, a dollar short and a day late.. they exposed themselves and now have to make scrambled eggs out of the cracked ones.
Yes the roof is caving.. funny part is.. they will be in their districts for a week or so.

A federal judge decided Monday that President Donald Trump's former White House counsel Don McGahn must testify to the House of Representatives in its impeachment probe, marking the first major ruling about House witness testimony during the Trump administration.


"However busy or essential a presidential aide might be, and whatever their proximity to sensitive domestic and national-security projects, the President does not have the power to excuse him or her from taking an action that the law requires," Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson wrote.
"Stated simply, the primary takeaway from the past 250 years of recorded American history is that Presidents are not kings," Jackson said.
The ruling is a blow to Trump and White House efforts to block parts of the impeachment inquiry. It could encourage resistant witnesses from the administration to testify and could bolster any case House Democrats make to impeach the President for obstructing its proceedings or obstructing justice.

As we have seen in the '9th circus court' after 2 were replaced, the court has actually rules IN FAVOR of the conservatives.
It's a start to turning the court system around... but only a start.
The really GREAT news is.. RBG's health is failing quickly and I would imagine that sometime in 2020 we will have another constitutional judge seated in the SCOTUS!

LOL, the loser dems & their media partners will grab at anything to make it look like a win. It's so funny to watch as the "hatred" builds. They are so consumed with it they are frozen and can't do anything else. When you step back and look at it Trump is always the winner! This decision by a liberal judge will get appealed a few times until it gets to the conserative Supreme court where....Trump wins again! But by that time the Republicans will have won back the house so it won't matter. Then the Republicans can get back to helping the USA instead of "hating" it and doing NOTHING !!!!

I'm not sure why you seem gleeful about a partisan judicial system. Judges are not supposed to be partisan, they are supposed to be impartial.
Having the supreme court rule in favour of a specific party simply because they are conservative is a giant step towards a dictatorship. But that seems to be what you want.

The hate is astounding to see to what lengths the left will go to take down anyone associated with #45 whether it be his staff, people in congress or even we that support him. ie Don LemonHead saying we should all be put in the mental ward, even THEY are the ones that have to: Backtrack - Edit - Delete their words due to finding out they are lying-falsely accusing - slandering people.

The ones that have come out against #45 have been proven to be butthurt, childish, immature, partisan hacks that are still hoping to ride the dems coattails to the NWO (as laid out in the UN Agenda31) as they were promised by the obama's - clinton's - bushs.

DuckDuckGo is my primary search engine.

win10 on every update puts BING back as my primary search.. I just reset my preferences every time I allow the update to finish.

StartIsBack eliminates they stupid "tiles" in win10.. thank god for that software! I hate the stupid ass tiles!

So, what year exactly does Russia become a democracy? At this moment in time it is about as far away from a democracy as a nation can get. They pretend to have open elections, but putin doesn't allow anyone who opposes him to run.
