I have been taken off the insulin completely
I have been reduced to only 1 Glyburide 5mg tabs a day (down from 4) A1C is at 4.9 lower than suggested.
fat content has dropped by 8%
muscle mass increased by 13% must be all that yard work & walking
he was upset I never got the statin RX filled but there also my cholesterol count is back in line.
his is still concerned with the problems in my right hip, but does notice a wider overall movement in the joint ..soooo no big deal as long as I take it easy.
The biggest concern (and he has this problem also)
I seems we BOTH have a lower tolerance to:
Assholes/Whiners and fucking know it all's
Snowflakes and pricks.
But once again I think you for being concerned about my well being!
He and I are going to the range this weekend...He and I have about 2,000rnds to send down range!
Great minds think alike. A buddy of mine and myself are going out to the Farm this weekend to blow off some steam in the forms of 12ga./ 9mm/ .223/ and 45!...……………….and 22LR for my daughter.

My control of sugar is diet.. exercise .. and a product called "Sugar Balance" from Nature's Formulas 800 460 6008. I stay around 95.. but I do love homemade bread and rice with my stirfry.
I walk 3+ mile a day.. not including work in the yard.
I start out with 30min on the weight bench cheep AIO.. depends on day..upper Monday chest Tuesday legs Wednesday cardio 1he Thursday 1hr combined.
I find I get more from outside work than inside. I had the bench on the deck (finished late Aug) 22' x 12' .
Lots better feeling in the sun n fresh air. Too chilly lately 30/63 so moved in.

Shooting..chopping wood..digging holes in soil..building..repairs on cars/lawn/boats/generators/camping/fishing/gardening/cooking and much more.
THEY are metromen. Bet they can't change a tire/oil.

Seems to me you got your order all wrong. I would let them chop the wood, dig the holes, fix dinner and the rest of it before shooting them. Don't do the shooting competition first!
