Sorry but the catastrophic was on the Democrat Party. President Trump was one of the first world leaders to declare COVID as a serious health threat, week before WHO labeled it as a pandemic. President Trump wanted to stop all travel to the US from infected areas by non US citizens to help protect US citizens. Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic Party and the MSM called the move racist then later praised all the other foreign leaders who closed their borders. If President Trump had not approved fast tracking vaccine research and development, it would have been at least another year before there were any vaccines available in the US.

Small business were closed in mostly Democrat controlled parts of the country. And it is still blue states that are suffering the most.
