To the liberal pot smokers in Colorado, 90 degree temperatures is not a heatwave. A heat wave is 3 or more days of highs of 100 degrees or more. Maybe if you spent less money getting high and more money properly insulating you homes, they would have stayed comfortable while your thermostat was turned to a higher setting than what you like.
