We know that Biden is not going to fly commercial, Secret Service and other security needs will never allow it. Air Force One will most likely fly into either RAF Fairford or RAF Alconbury, the 2 closest airbases to London in use by the US Air Force. By now there should be at least one detachment of Secret Service in London working with Scotland Yard on security arrangements for ground transportation once the President is on the ground in the UK.
