From Article. I. - The Legislative Branch Section 5 - Membership, Rules, Journals, Adjournment Paragraph 4:
Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other,
adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which the two
Houses shall be sitting.
President Trump needs to correct her mistake.
From Article. II. - The Executive Branch Section 3 - State of the Union, Convening Congress
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union,
and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and
expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them,
and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment,
he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors
and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and
shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.
You cannot have the members of Congress travelling on airplanes and working in close confines with themselves, their staff and each other before there are clear signs that COVID-19 is under control.
Have you not learned anything in the last month?
Maybe there is some secure way that Congress could meet and get business done electronically.
The Senate is especially at risk as its members are mostly old men well into their 60+ age group.
Even if the gov't somehow re-opened parts of the US economy it by no means requires private citizens to go back to the way they lived their life one two months ago unless they feel safe. They US gov't is widely distrusted in how it has handled this crisis and many people will continue to remain home until a vaccine is discovered many months from now.
Yesterday in Kansas, there was a major struggle between the Democratic Governor and republican lawmakers about allowing groups of more than 10 people to meet.
Today is Easter Sunday one of the most well attended days in Churches across the country. The Governor wanted the ban in place, Republican lawmakers rejected her ban and wanted people to attend Church.
The Kansas Supreme court had to hold an emergency electronic meeting to decide if the ban should proceed. The Supreme Court decided that the Republican lawmakers exceeded their authority and the ban order was upheld.

Doing his job shouldn't be something special. It should be "just doing his job".
This whole time he HAS "just been doing his job". The media and the DNC tell you otherwise.
So it is "Special" when a comment like this (during a live interview), from an "enemy of the president" comes out, to show those blinded liberals that he is, in fact, doing his job, and doing it WELL!
It's not a "special achievement" in my eyes, but that's because i can think for myself.
Article. I. - The Legislative Branch
.
.
. Section 5 - Membership, Rules, Journals, Adjournment
Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own
Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller
number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the Attendance
of absent Members, in such Manner, and under such Penalties as each House may
provide. Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for
disorderly Behavior, and, with the Concurrence of two-thirds, expel a Member.
Each House shall keep a Journal of its Proceedings, and from time to time publish the
same, excepting such Parts as may in their Judgment require Secrecy; and the Yeas and
Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of
those Present, be entered on the Journal.
Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other,
adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which the two
Houses shall be sitting.
It appears that there is nothing in The Constitution that prevents them from passing rules allowing them conduct business electronically from their private legislative offices. They already are setup to vote electronically. Those voting terminals can be duplicated in their offices.

Yes, he is now doing his job. But you have to admit that he dragged his feet because he was more worried about the economy. There is recorded proof of this. Even as the cases were rising exponentially he was downplaying the severity of the situation.

Electronic voting will be the death of democracy.
A lot of Australians got a wakeup call while using electronic voting with popular television shows like "The Voice,Australian Idol and X-Factor"
The public had to vote for their favourite contestant but the voting sites were hacked.
Some of the contestants who won definitely did not reflect the real public choice.
The media come out an publically stated that certain contestants in the shows had their voting accounts hacked by massive amounts of votes. It made public voting and public choice look like a farce...
Electronic voting is the highway to heaven for massive corruption.

Obviously either you did not fully read my post because you are confusing the electronic voting system current in use in both Houses of Congress with online voting by the general public. They are not the same. One is a closed system the other is an open system.

Both are effected by LF pulse techniques. We are talking about old Tesla technology here. Shall we talk about Russian over the horizon radar using terawatts of power. Known in the amateur radio circles as the wood pecker signal.
The above is outdated redundant technology that is now packed into satellite beam (cathode ray) technology.
Anecdote passed on to me many years ago. Local military where playing around with high power LF and the reset some of the traffic light systems in one of the cities here in Oz. There were a lot of traffic accidents an injuries.
Coronial Mass Ejections (CME) from the Sun blow the dickens out of electrical grid power transformers as electrons are interfered/amplified inside the transformer. Interference of electrons is a natural phenomena.
Interference of radio FM Intermediate Frequency(IF) injection or strong signal FM capture techniques which can interfere with WiFi and simliar to create a man-in-the-middle network system, are all valid technique's.
The technology of interference of electronic devices even voting machines is old hat....

Again, you do not understand the "electronic" system used in the House and Senate and are apparently thinking far too technical to be able to do so.
