And under Article IV Section 1 of the Constitution each State must give Full Faith and Credit to the laws and regulations of all other states. The lower courts have already ruled that Full Faith and Credit does apply to same sex marriage.

Article. IV. - The States
Section 1 - Each State to Honor all others
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial
Proceedings of every other State.
