Someone wanting to be referred to by a specific pronoun is NOT hurting anyone (except maybe rightie's feelings). The people you mentioned ARE hurting people. So no, they don't get the same freedoms.
And no, nobody is forcing children to take puberty blockers. That is just another narrative created by right wing "leaders" and information sources to scare and anger the gullible.
