An interesting thing about this article, they mention primarily KN94 surgical masks. They also mention the KN95 masks and give the difference between the two. What they do not mention is the meaning of the K. In the US the K is used to denote masks not made in the US. Most are made in Communist China and do not always meet the material and manufacturing standards and quality required to be met by US manufacturers.
