That answer should outrage everyone currently under the thumb of Californians, and many other Americans, have been asked all year long to be good citizens and to mask up, stay home and go broke. And you obviously do not know diddly shit about the Constitution. As for drinking age, there are states where it is 18. There are countries where wine is legal to drink as soon as a child can hold a glass. Now I will admit that in those countries wine is a lot safer to drink than water.

As for a national law on drinking age, if it exists at all it would be 18. Military bases are under federal laws not state laws. An 18 year old private can go into any enlisted club or exchange on a military base and buy beer.

I doubt it. But if the Republicans have retained control of the Senate and Kevin McCarthy is elected Speaker of the House then he could be impeached. As it stands Pelosi cannot win if as few as 7 Democrat House members do not vote for her. There are 11 current Democrat House members who did not vote for her in 2019 and none of them have committed to voting for her this time around. There are those who have already said they will not vote for her.
