Oh, we had the resources but not the political will. Our prime minister threw the money at foreign companies , instead of investing it at home.

Now as for maple syrup, it's very important. But to use it as a bad example of whatever you are trying to point out is kinda silly.

What a twisted way of looking at life! Give school desk's to african kids while America schools cant teach the inner city kids how to read and write to a 3rd grade level. Country being destroyed from within and you are worried about the rest of the world? What world do you live in? From looting to car jacking's, to murders, no respect for the people that put their lives in line to help the citizens, And you to give deskes to kids in africa? How does one mind get to that point, in acknowledgement that it doesnt work, that socialism gradually brings down the prosperity and happiness of a country. If you dont understand that or wish not to understand it, my God have mercy on your soul. But, from your writings(posts), you couldnt care less what God would think of you. God Bless America! Still the greatest country in the world. Even with people of your ilk.

Billy you rascist dope you do realize a Canadian scientist develped the Covid19 VACCINE

Without Ian MacLachlan’s innovative delivery system, Moderna and Pfizer couldn’t safely get their mRNA vaccines into your cells. So why does hardly anyone acknowledge the Canadian biochemist’s seminal contributions—or pay a dime in royalties?

(CNN)President Joe Biden announced Friday the US will restrict travel from South Africa and seven other countries starting Monday as a new coronavirus variant has emerged.

Acting on advice from the nation's top infectious diseases expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Biden administration will restrict travel from South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique and Malawi.

I normally don't take this idiot seriously enough to give a valid response. I mean, everyone knows he's a damn fool.

I find it interesting that we can say that the new variant is from Africa and ban travel from there but can't say China Virus because that's racist.

                  Bunch of damn idiots.

I really have no idea what you are ranting about, but as most people know no single ideology, (socialism, capitalism etc) work on their own. To have a system that works for the majority you need a hybrid of multiple ideologies. Meaning, capitalism tempered with some good social programs.

That's probably true. It's also true that your leaders have outsourced the security of Canada to the USA. That must be nice. If the USA could do that, we'd have a lot of money to spend elsewhere but instead we play the role of Daddy to Canada and other free riders.

... your logic does not make sense because you are trying to conflate two different statements as equal.

What does a new travel ban from parts of Africa have to do with a political slur used by the ex President about China?

While most medical scientist believe that the original form of COVID-19 originated in Wuhan, China likely as a result of human interaction with either bats and/or the local citizens practicing unsanitary food preparation methods, what does this have todo with racism?

What are you asking me for? It's democrats that said saying "China Virus" is racist.

Why does Willy say anything? His entire MO is to be provocative. It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't have any real opinions about anything
