    Cornish Groat or hogs pudding is little known but very well liked by those that know about it:



    Similar to white pudding but with a bit more spice to it.

    It's the type of thing that you can 'customise' according to your own taste.

    Used to get it 'home made' regularly from a proper local butcher in S.E. Cornwall... 😋

                            If you boil them you prepare them the same. It's really difficult to describe. Give it a try if you ever have the chance.

                              copier addict must live in French part of Canada. I was stunned he even knew about jambalaya. But there were a lot of French settlers in South Louisiana and they heavily influence the food.
