Bull crap. You need to list all of his so called legislative accomplishments.

Trump faled miserably during COVID and many people needlessly lost their lives because Trump let his personal beliefs get in the way of medical science.
Bull crap again. You liberals lied about him during 2020. That was the only way Biden had of winning other than cheating.

President Trump recommended the anti-malaria drug Hydroxichloroquin, you liberals called it bleach and said it didn't work. He recommended ivermectin. You liberals called it horse medicine and said it didn't work. Liberals lied, people died. Hydroxichloroquin and ivermectin are two of the most effective and extensively used treatments worldwide.

Lets not forget that democrats wanted you to lose your job if you refused to take their experimental vaccination. The supreme court had to step in and block these leftist authoritarians. On this basis alone, no freedom loving American should never vote for a democrat again.

The Supreme Court on Thursday struck down a Biden administration mandate that large businesses require their employees to either be vaccinated or test

Your ball slurping love post about Biden was on topic? How so? Thanks for telling us though that you were ignoring the inconvenient response though. You sure told us. 🤣

The two of you, Slim and Mako, lie about everything. The most egregious lies are about you being constitutional absolutists. Therefore, your post mean less than nothing. Go lie to people who are already indoctrinated. They likely won't push back and you won't get so upset.

Commented by the person who almost never provides links to support what he/she claims. You are also one of those who refuses to provide your real name and where you live, Province and City. Makes people wonder exactly what you are hiding.

No, it bugs you because you can't creep me. That in itself is kinda creepy. Why is it so important for you to know where I live?

Anywho, let's get this thread back on topic.
How do you think trumpy's tariffs will affect the copier and printer industry?

Tariffs are significantly impacting the print industry, primarily due to increased costs of imported materials like printers, toner, ink, and paper, which can lead to higher prices for consumers and reduced profit margins for print businesses. The uncertainty surrounding tariff policies and potential retaliatory measures also disrupts supply chains and adds to the challenges faced by printers.

Here's a more detailed look at the impact:

                        1. Increased Material Costs:
                        • Many print shops rely on imported materials and equipment from countries like Canada.
                        • Tariffs on these imports, especially those like paper, inks, and imaging components, drive up the cost of raw materials, according to Keypoint Intelligence.
                        • This can make it difficult for print businesses to compete, especially those with tight profit margins, says DecoNetwork.

                        2. Supply Chain Disruptions:
                        • Tariffs can lead to delays at border crossings and changes in supply chain strategies, reports DecoNetwork.
                        • The uncertainty surrounding which goods will be subject to tariffs and when can make it difficult for printers to plan their procurement and production schedules.
                        • These disruptions can result in higher shipping costs, potential shortages, and difficulties in meeting customer demands, according to Keypoint Intelligence.

                        3. Financial Strain and Price Increases:
                        • Print businesses face a difficult choice: absorbing the cost increase, reducing profits, or passing the extra expense on to customers, as noted by www.printing.org.
                        • Some small and medium-sized print shops may struggle to absorb the added costs, while others might have to raise prices, according to Keypoint Intelligence.
                        • Increased costs can also lead to a decrease in demand for print services as some customers may choose alternative communication methods due to the higher prices.

                        4. Potential for Retaliatory Measures:
                        • Tariffs can trigger retaliatory measures from other countries, leading to a wider range of goods being subject to tariffs.
                        • This can create a domino effect, impacting the entire print industry as more materials become more expensive.

                        5. Uncertainty and Planning Challenges:
                        • The constantly shifting landscape of tariff policies makes it difficult for print businesses to plan their long-term strategies.
                        • The uncertainty can also lead to hesitancy in making investments in new equipment or expanding operations.

On May 10 2025, the last ship carrying container goods from China to Long Beach, California will arrive. Most ships carrying Chinese goods have been diverted elsewhere. The port of Seattle is empty and the port of San Francisco has only one Chinese ship offloading containers. Shortly after the last containers are off loaded and trucked to their final destinations you are going to begin to see empty store shelves in the USA. There will be massive layoffs in the trucking industry.

There are currently 3,500 ships departing the China/ Singapore area. None are coming to America.

The last Chinses containership arriving on the US east coast will be towards the end of May... and then you are going to see hardship in the USA becuase cheap Chinese imports will no longer be available.

.... not all all, but the great majority of MAGA supporters who shop at Walmart, Target, Costco, TEMU, are. This Trump tariff war against the world is going to hurt them the most when prices start to go way up in a month or so or there and store shelves look empty..

The world's largest containership company is Chinese state owned Costco (no, not the American retailer by the same name/ who gets most of their goods from China). When Costco diverts it's capacity away from the USA, available shipping capacity to USA ports gets much less and freight rates rise amongst the remaining carriers.

... as a result, Trump's first 100 day approval rating with the majority of Americans has crumbled to the lowest level of any President in 70 years.

Odds are the USA's economy will go from best in the world to a recession by summer 2025.
