Stop being dishonest. I don't "support" illegal immigration. But, they are human beings simply looking for a better place to live. They deserve to be treated like human beings. If they are to be deported, so be it. But how is sending them all to an El Salvadoran prison humane? How can you look in the mirror and say to yourself that is okay?Comment

It sounds like what you do support is hardened criminals running free to commit more atrocities. They may be humans but they are also criminals that belong prisons. As an American tax payer I should not have to pay the cost of incarcerating illegal aliens when they are also wanted by their country of origin for crimes that they committed there..
The issue isn't whether or not there are hardened criminals roaming. The issue is that you are condoning trumpy's flagrant violation of the constitution. In fact he is wiping his ass with it while you, a constitutional absolutist, are cheering him on. How do you square that circle?Comment

The fact that someone has a tattoo, gang related or otherwise, isn't an indication of that person's current status.
Even if Garcia has such a tattoo it doesn't mean his life hasn't changed. He was legally in the country. He was working. He has a family. He was paying taxes. Isn't that the republican definition of a productive member of society?
Either way, that isn't the issue and you know it. Every person is guaranteed due process. Your constitution says that. Why are you suddenly against the constitution?😂 1Comment

He was working.
As a drug dealer and human trafficker with a side of stealing construction jobs from American citizens. If it was up to me, anyone who knowingly employs an illegal would be arrested and criminally charged.
He has a family.
That he physically and mentally abuses according to CNN's reporting.
He was paying taxes.

"to ourselves and our Posterity" once again is talking about the legal citizens of the United States.
Well there is no mention of illegal aliens in the preamble. Even the ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION which superseded the Constitution makes no mention.
Fourteenth Amendment was passed and ratified and defines exactly who is a citizen of the United States.Fourteenth Amendment

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to
the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the
State wherein they reside.
Any person that has entered this country illegally has already proven that they are not subject to the jurisdiction thereof.Comment

You know Garcia was granted temporary status. Which means he was in your country legally, regardless of how he entered. He was also working legally. So your outrage at his being hired is misplaced.
