Snake in a plane? No, copier

Been in this business for over 40 years. I've seen mice, spiders, other assorted insects inside a coper, but this is a new one.
No pictures yet, but the agriculture department of a local tech school called that they went to remove a jam in the copier
and spotted a SNAKE inside the copier. Guess it was trying to get warm.

Would there be a premium for snake removal, Hell Yes.

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

Depending on the type of snake, they need to call a wildlife removal service. That is unless you are qualified to handle potentially poisonous snakes.

Turned out to be a baby snake near the fuser...trying to keep warm I guess. Tech gently grabbed it, took it into the woods and released it.294970988_20250515_102501.jpg
