Re: $5.00 per gallon gas
Both Reagan and Trump rebulit our miltary after a democrat allowed it to go to shit. So, at least we had something to show for our money.
Under Obama and Biden we had nothing to show for all the spending.Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.Comment

How much did Mr. Blackface spend on Canada's military? And why do you keep denying that Canada's healthcare system if failing? You're trying to give Trudeau a free pass. Why do you love that guy so much?Adversity temporarily visits a strong man but stays with the weak for a lifetime.Comment

Re: $5.00 per gallon gas
President Reagan increased the debt by $1.86 trillion, or by 186%. Reagan's supply-side economics didn't grow the economy enough to offset the lost revenue from its tax cuts.
President Bush added $5.85 trillion to the national debt. That's a 101% increase, putting him in fourth.
Under President Obama, the national debt grew the most in dollar terms ($8.6 trillion) and was fifth by percentage at 74%.
If you go by percentage added to debt Reagan is third highest, W is fourth highest and Obama is fifth.
I'll bet the next thing you are going to try to lie to us about is the claim that Clinton actually had a budget that showed a surplus. The problem is that it was not a true surplus. It was a projected surplus for 2010, ten years after Clinton's last year in office. That all went out the window on 9-11.Comment

Re: $5.00 per gallon gas
Wrong again. I lived in the United States of America through that period of time. The Reagan increased tax revenues. It did so in two ways. It eliminate a number of major deduction thereby making more income taxable and it stimulated the economy. It was the Democrat Congress who continued to spend. The Democrats controlled the House Of Representatives the entire time Reagan was President. In fact they controlled it from 1955 to 1995 when Newt Gingrich became Speaker. It is the House that controls the purse strings.

Not afraid of them, just secure in the knowledge ( I know, you fear that word) that they are NOT ready for prime time, nor is the power grid needed to keep them on the road. And the rebates you are so gleeful about are again paid for by taxes, not by the government, something you will NEVER understand.Comment
