Looks like the housing market is starting to crash. I wonder what is next? Remember, 2009 was near the end of the last house market and mortgage market crash. Still continued to see foreclosures for a couple of years after that.

What did liberals do that was so offensive to the liberal party? I'll tell you what they did. Liberals got women the right to vote. Liberals got African-Americans the right to vote. Liberals created Social Security and lifted millions of elderly people out of poverty. Liberals ended segregation. Liberals passed the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act. Liberals created Medicare. Liberals passed the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act. What did Conservatives do? They opposed them on every one of those things every one. Democrats opposed every civil rights legislation through at least the Civil Rights act on 1964, which, when passed, LBJ was quoted as saying "this will keep those N*****s voting democrat for the next 200 years". This included the 13th amendment, the 14th amendment and every lesser piece of legislation from 1865 through at least 1964. And don't start with the lie about the parties switching sides about that time. What really happened was the dems changed tactics since their favorite tactics of jim crow laws and KKK got outlawed. They decided to take a page out of any animal husbandry book and treat the minorities they despised as cattle or sheep. Feed them, house them, allow them to breed and they'll come running when called, even if it's to their slaughter. They are starting to panic now as those minorities are staring to see how they've been treated and are starting to vote conservative (notice I didn't say republican, there's a difference) for the first time in decades.
