USA Is down to about 28% of full capacity.
Trump had refilled the reserve that Obama had drained off.

Once more, Biden sold US Naval Strategic Petroleum Reserve oil to China. Oil that should war break out between China and Taiwan, the US Navy will need but won't have.

Trump did not. Under Trump, China was allowed to purchase US domestic surplus oil, e.i. oil that we did not have a real need for.
