Are you asking to enact socialistic authoritarian ideologies based on peoples looks? Next you will say lesbians or gay men can't own guns or better yet because the color of their skin. Well you just opened a can of worms. Could you imagine walking into a gun shop and being told they are not selling you a gun because they don't like the way you look. How about police raid your home based on a hunch or because the chief of police don't like your car, looks, etc.? Would you like your wife being frisked randomly out in public by the police because they thought she was acting suspiciously? How about thorough background checks before a firearm purchase regardless. Do you know how many "regular" folks go to a shooting range and kill themselves? A lot more than you think, mental illness is a huge problem and it comes in many forms. Guns don't kill people...it's people with guns that kill people or even themselves.

The study found that transgender individuals who had received a diagnosis of gender incongruence were:

six times more likely to have a mood or anxiety disorder than the general population.
three times as likely to be prescribed antidepressants and antianxiety medications.
more than six times as likely to attempt suicide resulting in hospitalization.
The study also found that transgender individuals who had undergone gender-affirming surgery were significantly less likely to seek mental health treatment for depression and anxiety disorders as a function of years since the procedure.
