Sure looks like 50% or more of their production is not in the US. Note only that but they are building a plant in Nuevo Leon state of Mexico. I wonder which California plant it will shut down?

No. Look at the problems now: rolling blackouts, attacks on substations, failures with monitoring software/systems.
They've told us for years the grids are outdated and vulnerable.

They want time to see the direction of the next administration. The current one is far too unfriendly to business and investment.
