What this man-child is suggesting is that any republican led state that accepts money from the federal government is accepting a handout.

Let me ask you something. Where do you think the federal government gets its money? The tooth fairy? No, they get it from the states. And republicans aren't against federal dollars being spent on disasters like 911 or a hurricane.

If Republicans voted for some transparency or stopped blocking things most Americans want, maybe they wouldn't suck so bad.
