    Best Western of all time?

My vote goes to Tombstone. It's my favorite movie of all time. Val Kilmar was the man in this movie. Honorable mention to The Outlaw Josie Wells.

Westerns have never been my thing, but I did enjoy Django Unchained

        1) Just about any John Wayne movie.
        2) Clint Eastwood
        3) Audie Murphy

Not into the ' modern ' cowboy movies.

I never could figure out why Tuco called him "Blondie". He wasn't blond. =^..^=

I don't think I could limit it to just 1. I am also a big fan of Clint Eastwood Westerns. "The Outlaw Josey Wales" and "Pale Rider" Are my favorites. "High Plains Drifter" is good, but kinda weird. I also like "The Magnificent Seven".

I liked that one from Seth McFarlane although they could have tightened the plot a little.

Re: Best Western of all time?

My all time best western movie in no certain order (I find these all equally best for different reasons)

The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
                  Unforgiving
                  High Noon
                  El Dorado
                  Tombstone
                  Silverado
                  Hidalgo

And of course no Best Western movie list could be complete with out Blazing Saddles. Yes, I said it.
