By law a school crosswalk is either yellow or white with stripes of the same color to differentiate it from a non school crosswalk. Anything else is artwork and does not belong on public streets. Walls or vacant parking lots, with permission of the owner, yes but public streets NO.
Once again FDOT had already approved the rainbow sidewalk since 2017
