Your just getting paid too well mojorolla. I never had a problem with too much money in my wallet. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Are you sure you're not just conning us, saying you're a tech? That sounds just like something someone in upper management would say (except for the part about their own wallet).
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Do I really sound like management? =^..^=

That's odd, it always seem to be management saying I make too much money. Seeing as you are looking to hire a tech, that's the pot calling the kettle management...lol
Allow me to elaborate:
3-4 gas cards. Each one as thick as a credit card. At 4 bucks a gallon, I save when I can
2 credit cards. I never carry much cash as some of my accounts are in "rough" neighborhoods.
My medical card in case of an "incident" in one of those "rough" neighborhoods".
Insurance and business cards.
The condom I still have from high school
and last but not least...moths.
LOL. Only a manager would ever suggest that a technician makes too much money. It's funny how they never question Sales bonuses, though...
Damn! I guess I am at least partly management ... let's say 30% mgmt, 70% employee. This is a difficult fence to sit. =^..^=

You know unless you class them as pets, the moths may need paperwork if you go interstate!!!
My dad says his hip goes out if he keeps his wallet in his back pocket when he drives, so no it is not a new thing. I have hip sciatic nerve issues and I'm sure I've put my chiropractor's children to college by now. For me it was all the long driving in traffic (as I don't put anything in back pockets). It is very painful. You can't sit for a long time, walk for a long time, or lay down for a long time. Consequently, if you don't keep moving you hurt. Recently I got caught up in a compressor hose and fell over a pallet in the warehouse. I have damaged my Achilles tendon at the base of my foot. So, in addition to back pain, I have a constant pain (feels like a nail driven into my heel) when I walk. It is healing but very slowly (we don't heal as fast as we get older).
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is, I can sympathize.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
A former boss of mine had the sciatic nerve pinch on his hip. He tried chiropractors and cortisone shots, both with only temporary success. He finally found shark cartilage at the health food store. He swears by it and has been using it for years now.
More than 20 years in this business has done a number on my knees, and they use to bug me all the time. I have been taking 2000mg of glucosamine sulfate everyday for 3 months now, and I'm pain free. I have never tried an over- the- counter supplement that has had such an immediate and HUGE positive effect on the joints. I swear by the stuff.
