    Re: stretching...

It appears I should copy pasta everything in this thread for when I'm horribly sore 20 years down the line... Not to say I'm Secretariat or anything at my young age, but I suppose I can look forward to medical advances... Hah

      Re: stretching...

You can measure a techs experience by how loud his knees pop when he crouches, and how long it takes to get back up. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have never tried an over- the- counter supplement that has had such an immediate and HUGE positive effect on the joints. I swear by the stuff.
I prefer the natural remedy when it works. Another one I recently discovered was for sinuses. 1000mg of vitamin C and 50mg of Zinc. A co-worker had suggested it and much to my surprise, it worked like a charm.

Speaking of shark cartilage, there is a friend of mine here locally who was one of the first people to wake up to this idea. he now sells it online and it is amazing stuff. PM for a link.
