So far, so good with Wiremold raceway, and the jalapena water. I noticed after an hour of coating the wires my nasal passages started to tingle. The kittens don't sit behind the desk any more. I'm hoping this is the end of this thread. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You need to mark your territory so they know not to go there. You need to pee around the parameter of the room for a week.

Sorry 'bout the antifreeze thing .
Glad you may have a CURE ... if that does not work....you could get about 20 or 30 mice and let them loose in the house. The cats will be too busy chasing the mice to nibble on the cables.

Yeah, but then you'd have mice chewing on the cables, which is probably worse...

Of course, I'm pretty sure anti-freeze works on both cats and mice...

I don't think that is a viable resolution for Blackcat...

My cats hate the smell of mink oil (boot waterproofer).

Very satisfying! I like the device, complete with lighting, video gear, and high pressure water spray.

It's going to take a while to coat all the susceptible wiring, but it's an unqualified success. They won't even sit near it. I'm weeping tears of joy right now, or perhaps it's the jalapena ...
