Please post some recipes! That's the whole intent behind it!

Here is an easy recipe ... even I can do this ......

Orange Candy Balls

1 Pkg ( 12 oz ) Vanilla Wafers
6 oz Butterscotch chips
2 tbsp Light Karo syrup
2 cups chopped nuts
1 can ( 6 oz ) frozen Orange juice ( undiluted )
1 cuo Coconut
Confectioner's sugar for coating

Crush Vanilla wafers in blender or food procesor and pour into
large bowl. Stir in chopped nuts and coconut.

In saucepan over LOW heat, combine butterscotch chips, orange juice, and
Karo syrup. Stir constantly until chips are melted. Pour over dry ingredients
and blend thoroughly by hand.

When colled, shape dough into 1" balls and roll in confectioner's sugar.
Makes about 8 dozen balls.
