1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Whooa... A true handy peice of artwork....
I would have like to see some finger texture strokes in the final artwork.
I'm sure this person would have stuggling to beat my 5 year old grand daughters master piece.

I used to see worse messes from adding new toner to the old Toshiba 65ppm analog machines when the dev unit locked up and gave a false add.
...and I feel sorry for the waste management truck who got stuck with the dumpster I used to empty waste toner bottles from ALL the machines and ALL the spares at a production account.73 DE W5SSJComment
