Be more specific, as I have already pointed out there are around 2850 of them. If I were forced to worship a God, I would pick Odin. He dresses real cool and he promised to slay all of the ice giants, and when was the last time you saw an ice giant. I like a god that keeps his word.
What about Zuul? I'm kind of keen on the whole gatekeeper/keymaster thing.

Since this thread is about giving credit where it is due, you are right, you fixed the copier not Jesus. Jesus is in the business of giving life after death not fixing copiers. And as far as the picture of people praising Jesus and the starving child, people praise Jesus because he came back to life after he was dead and buried, not because he feeds hungry children. Now, people like Franklin Graham feed starving children because they believe in Jesus, but Jesus offers life after death, whereas they just offer food and shelter.
As to the 2000+ gods you mentioned man inventing, aside from rising from the dead there are at least a dozen verses like this that point out this isn't a manmade one. Job 38:16 mentions the springs of the sea some 3000 years ago. Long before there were submarines or sonar, at a time whem people believed the Ocean floor was just like the beaches a flat sandy desert, Job mentions the springs. Give Job some credit, either he was a really good guesser while inventing this story or he was telling the truth and God told him about something he couldn't possibly have known.
The chance that higher life forms might have emerged in this way is comparable to the chance that a tornado sweeping through a junkyard might assemble a Boeing 747 from the materials therein. -Fred Hoyle

I'd be more inclined to think it was just a really good guess, as if it was proved false nobody would mention it - see Nostradamus' end-of-the-world predictions or anyone claiming to be "psychic" for reference.

Good guess? Not really, this isn't some vague prediction or metaphor for the end of the world on par with Nostradamus. Why, in order to convince people he had a conversation with God, would he mention something very specific that nobody could confirm or deny? That would be like me saying I spoke with God and he told me there is a planet around Alpha Centauri where Cats walk around like people, would you be convinced? Probably not. Job should have been dismissed as a lunatic, but considering all the other things he wrote, he was taken very seriously. Why do you think Job is known for his patience and faith and not that crazy guy who said there were springs below the ocean?

Internalize this famous teaching by Jesus: '' Do not store up riches for yourselves here on earth, where moths and rust destroy, and robbers break in and steal. Instead store riches for yourselves in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and robbers cannot break in and steal. For your heart will always be where your riches are. '' MATHEW chapter 6 vs 19-21.
The 'moths & rust' in the passage could be substituted for any natural calamities I mentioned in my previous post in this thread. By implication, that starving African child in the picture had his faith and hope in divine intervention....(stored his riches in heaven, so to speak), and Jesus answered his prayers through the likes of Franklin Graham you mentioned above. The Heavens also had YOU sweat hard at repairing the copiers, and the proceeds Taxed by your government, and a portion sent through charity or direct food aid to help that child. That is how God works, uses other people to solve other peoples problem. That child needn't do anything other than place his hopes in God... 'The supreme giver & sustain er of life'.
As for the other parts of the picture, well, you know what happens to these riches or possessions when the 'moths & rust' strikes. It happened to JOB in the Biblical story. It continues to strike at different times and locations of the world. The rest as they say is History.

The answer to this lies within your own response. I put some bold tags around it to make it stand out. Nobody could confirm or deny the story. For all I know, you could very well say you had a conversation with God and he told you of said planet, but without being able to confirm or deny it, I would opt to go for plausible deniability as opposed to blind faith. If I were to state the same thing, but then back it up with concrete facts like grass is green and water is wet, people would take me seriously for the facts I stated but still dismiss my planet of the Catpeople theory as malarkey. It's all relative in this sense, and being written about in a book of faith, chances are people of faith would like to side with the outcome that suits their own comforts. Are they wrong? No, it's just what they choose to believe.

Since almost every copier that sits at a church runs worse than average at best, I would be willing to say that (insert your preferred deities name here) has nothing to do with copiers, especially one in a lawyer's office.
I've actually had a priest tell me that she (yes... she...) officially believes in 2 gods. THE God, and the Copier God.

I know of a priest who believes more in the healing powers of marijuana than doctor prescribed medications, because it works better for her than the pills do for her conditions.
I always find open-minded priests to be some of the most interesting people, due to their upbeat enlightened perspective of their religious teachings, and the natural willingness to push the envelope of an open mind.

How true, but I am not surprised about the medications though, there is nothing healing about dumping processed chemicals into your body. The pharmaceutical industry is just that, an industry. Industry exists to make profits. How much profit do you think pharmaceutical companies would be making if their products actually healed people? And why do you think Tetrahydrocannabinol is still illegal, when it has been proven to have so many useful benefits, healing included? Because the pharmaceutical companies won't make any profit from it.

Doubly agreed about the processed chemicals, though if the body is lacking in the chemicals, an outside boost isn't exactly a horrible thing. I'm no conspiracy theorist, but when "healing" and "money" get together, I can't see healing winning out.
As to the good ol' THC, I suppose we'll have to see what the gov't does after the legalization in Washington and Colorado. My vote is on "tax the hell out of it like tobacco".

Yea, it's just funny that they went all gung-ho legalizing it, but then started panicking about not having any clue what they were doing, to the point where the job listings are flooded looking for pot experts to help them.
There are apparently already 2 more states looking into being next.
Thankfully, I live in Canada. It's not exactly legal here either, but up here no-one gives a crap.

That is only partly true. Go ahead and tell us how a patient who is suffering from Malaria( tropical disease) caused by Plasmodium parasites, can have those parasites or germs eliminated from his/her bloodstream if a Doctor does not prescribe to him/her Chemical medications. What about the bacteria causing TBs etc?
