Re: Sales
Yeah, I'm excited. Waiting on a PM kit/toner in the mail. Does your client still use genuine toner for those machines or do they buy the "compatible" cartridges? Curious how well the compatibles run.Comment

Re: Sales
We have a few failures ... mostly catastrophic like broken plastic features or parts totally missing (like a charge roller). 90% work out of the box. ~10% have some flaw. Overall quality is consistently good. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Sales
I had 2 sales today both from the domain hp.com. One was in Boise, ID. and the other was in Vancouver, WA. Both females, AND..................they both bought the same manual. What a coinky-dink. It was a Sharp manual they bought. I have 2 customer's from the domain xerox.com who buy all my Samsung manuals. Is this a great country or what!
Paul@justmanuals.comColor is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Re: Sales
We have a few HP's out there that they still print to over the parallel port as it was before the time of USB. I've had a 4100 or 4200 at a bank where some construction work was going on and one of the workers attempted to move the printer and dropped it on the floor. Few broken covers and had bent the frame. Got out the pliers and reshaped it....still going...been working on HP laser printers since late 90's and before that Apple Laserwriters which was pretty much the same thing...back in the day it seemed changing out the DC Controller board would fix about 80% of your problems..."In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."
