A buddy of mine used to use Everclear for this.
I used to use denatured alcohol, but it wrecked too many of the gray colored corona shells when I tried cleaning them so I don't use it any more.
I currently use WD40 for this. It doesn't smell as good as lighter fluid but it works almost exactly the same.
If you set up a new machine, sometimes the shipping tape leaves adhesive residue, some of us just put the tape back on and pull the adhesive off that way. Would that work for stickers? I've never tried.

I put my bigger stickers over theirs.

        Kinda gives a 3D effect.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Negative on that. Some of the dealer decals, especially once they've been aged to perfection, get gooey and come off in bits the size of a dime or smaller. They're like barnacles, holding on for dear life. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Mineral turps does the job but check which sort of plastic the sticker is stuck to first, I turned a Toshiba DF cover into chewing gum once.
Eucalyptus oil does the job as well and smells an whole lot better.

Yep, done that, luckily our ID tag covered the melted plastics.

I usually just rip them off (as much as will come off, anyway) and scrub the remains off with rubbing compound (the kind used on cars).
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Goo Gone works great, doesn't harm plastic and has a pleasant odour.

I might have over done it with Goo Gone, but the plastic did gum up; but as posted earlier, the new sticker covered the damaged area.

My mistake, it wasn't GooGone, I believe it was Goof Off (it was 15 years ago in my defense).
