Had a call a couple of weeks ago. New customer was having an issue. The scan to email was not working. I ask him to show me. He presses the FAX button, direct input, then enters his email and presses start. Then looks at me as if to say "See, it doesn't work". At that moment, someone needed him and he walked away. I am sure when he came back, I still had that same, did I just see that?, look on my face.
