I've got all the frimware you need and the manuals to go with it. I used to have that domain name: ManualPusher. I let it go, it was getting too expensive to keep. Hans, nothing is for free. Everybody pays one way or another. I'm just a small fish in a big sea. But I appreciate the support I get here.

Sorry to dampen the fun gentlemen, but not all posters with poor English language skills are also cheapskates, expecting everything on the inter-webs to be free, or idiots.

Somehow the language connection offends me. I don't speak any French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, or Swahili (only one language in point of fact), so anyone with the beginnings of a second language is head and shoulders above me.

I'll jump right in for the give-me-for-free idiots, but drop the language skills reference. =^..^=

It was a A for effort. I do not dispute the fact hat people try to post in a language they don't know. I would use google or something to translate for me. I was commenting on the effort made in the post. Still tho I can not help if something makes me laugh.

BC remember this is Rants, Raves, and Everything Else.

I frequently find that those who try to post in what little English they know are easier to understand than those who use google translate or some other translator. When they have to use a translate program, they are usually not able to review what they are posting. They also might have to use a translate program to read back what is replied. In an actual problem thread, I like to be as precise as I can in answering. If I am not certain what the poster is asking, I wait until a few others have replied and then I can more correctly understand the problem. The better wording we use, the better we help the original poster both with the problem and sometimes a better understanding of the language.

                      *sigh*

I really didn't intend to offend people who have only limited skills in English language. English is not my mother tongue so my posts will be often clunky too.

I am just irritated that sometimes posters here obviously do not make any efforts to make up a proper understandable post with all information needed such as machine type and a detailed description of the problem.

Also I hate when people are too lazy to write in understandable language. Don't come me with: 4 u (for you) plz (please) ty (thank you) etc. etc. Those texting abbreviations and acronyms do not belong in a forum and furthermore do I consider it as not polite to leave out capitals and punctuation. The only allowable for me would be BTW and WTF.

                        Hear hear Hans,
We just had a visit from some heavyweights from Hewlett Packard and every forth word was an acronym. Since they didn't come with a translation hand book I haven't a clue what the meeting was about.

Did enjoy the humour that was intended in your original post but got a little uncomfortable about deriding people who's first language isn't English even though I'm one of the most politically incorrect people around here.
Yes, we are happy to make a stab at what your mangulated English meant but it would be easier if we had at least a make and model.

That wasn't my intention at all. Sorry when it came over like that. How could I? My own use of English is far from perfect but I do at least my best to improve. I take the time to make my posts and reread them before posting to be sure to avoid mistakes as much as possible.
