can't believe it still works

had to install a new KM c454e yesterday, but unfortunately also had to remove a C452, well it was unfortunate for the removals men, it had to go down 2 flights of stairs with a very tight turn, there wasn't really a lot of room for 2 people,never mind the 4 you really need to lift it i made it as small & as light as possible, but as it won't split in the middle, it had to stay just about full size....I stayed out of their way as much as possible, nothing more annoying for removal men than a tech or salesman watching in case a machine gets damaged,I kept hearing lots of grunting & groaning, unbelievably though...no swearing, they got stuck on the bend for about 30 mins, couldn't go forward...couldn't go back, one bloke was even standing on the windowsill to try & move it.....then there was silence....so i popped my head round the door...I saw the C452 lying face down...i thought the last thing they wan't to hear is me complaining about the copier having fallen over, so i stuck my head back in & said nothing, after about another another 20 mins, they got it down the rest of the stairs
I was thinking...that ain't gonna work again, when I got back to the office, i opened up the front door,all i could see was magenta toner, i removed & checked all the IUs, then the toners, all appeared fine, apart from magenta toner spilling out of the toner hopper, plugged it in, got a C-2152, removed & checked transfer belt, reset it...it's actually working like a dream in our office, i guess it was lucky it went forward & not backwards, the removals men still don't know that i saw it face down....well it works & it is christmas...no point in making a fuss
