      Nice work! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

One Saturday morning I was on a cruise ship and I had to install the machine for the ship. I get there unwrap the machine, ooopS!!!! euro power! usa spec machine!!! Doh! dumb sales person, So I call my service manager @ 8am time to find a power converter! then i find the fuser frame bracket is broken. Take it apart and meet up with the cruise ship engineer which was Russian spoke barely any English. this is when i find out that the ship is leaving in 2 hours and if I didnt finish I was going on a 2 week vacation. forced. At the last minute he showed up with the power supply unit and I made a fuser frame side plate from scratch using the machine shop on board.

It appears I'm still pretty good at fashioning new hooks on the broken end of pressure roller springs on old RP Risos. Just had to do that the other day.
Takes a while longer now than I remember, though.
Also, I apparently can still create a Ricoh developer unit filter out of the cotton 4"X4" pads we used to polish selenium based drums back in the day.

I'd sit on my thumbs and take that two week vacation without blinking an eye!

                Kyocera KM300ci

Scanner slides on rails with little plastic spacers, one of the spacers had come off and was causing severe background.

An upside down screw in the hole did the job.
