On the other hand, here's part of a picture I took on my way home one day last fall (the file was too large, so I had to crop the picture so it would fit). The sun was setting and there were some energetic storms about thirty miles away from where I was.

My first Blackberry did that often, the flip phone with a secondary display on the outside, looked like you were looking through the back of it. Once it got moved it would blink and the display would come back. A real mind blast when some of the numbers involved included 8,0,5,2,1 as you'd get a strange or impossible time confusing the mind for a second. I knew a few people who had that phone, only mine did it. A update finally cured that. Funny how unpredictable technology can be at times!Comment

[QUOTE=srvctec;522787]We had a customer that thought the entire tray was just for storage and put wrapped paper on BOTH sides and then called saying it won't feed out of bottom tray. Ignorance is bliss as they say.
But we can't fix stupidity. Such is our curse. Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?Comment

If ignorance is bliss...that might explain why there are so many people walking around with a smile on their face. (Sorry if I have repeated this)."You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" --Comment

I'm not good at sizing images. The user wasn't good at sizing paper. That's supposed to be Legal paper in that tray, but whomever reloaded it obviously hasn't had much office experience.
C0202 immediately. And they wondered why I was chuckling quietly to myself. "Because laughing loudly would seem unprofessional and rude."

Seen this before. The tray side guides used to be manufactured from cheesy thin metal that would bend and not allow gravity to lower the tray, then the left side paper stack gets rammed underneath when it moves to the right. This usually breaks one or both of the plastic paper holders, too.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment
