Try this: System Menu/Counter, down arrow to "Report", Enter, down arrow to "Report Print", Enter, down arrow to "Status Page", Enter, "Are you sure?" left select key to select "Yes", "Accepted", Stop/Clear to exit.

4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
