If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it, maybe, probably not we are at the pub!

copiers are becoming redudant faster than i expected. most clients are downgrading 2 A4 desktop printers. I even had one client recently not even want me to install print drivers and told me "nah i never print". bailing before the rush

So sorry to hear you're leaving. Your help was invaluable and you was most helpful Aussie in KM forum.
I wish You best of luck in your new undertaking.

I tried to quite copiers a couple times. I always ended up coming back to something that was second nature to me.

I hope that you are successful in your next endeavor. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Good luck for the future.

As others have said this is a dying industry, the pandemic accelerated the copiers demise.

Unless you develop amnesia, I suspect that you'll still have plenty to contribute. 2 1/2 years after my retirement I still see a post or two that I can respond intelligently to. =^..^=

Good luck! I'm too old for a new trade. Maybe get my CDL when the kids are grown and do that.

                          I feel you!

I left the trade last September and it was the best thing I ever did!

I'm much less stressed out, leave the office on time, no longer losing my temper behind the steering wheel - My new colleagues look at me funny when they see me happy behind my desk!

Good luck with your new life!

Good time to leave... I am past 40 and now looking for other options if possible. 5 more good years left in it... Like BC I end up back in it every time. Other fancier sounding jobs did not pay as well or as consistently. Body is starting to feel it... Good luck.
