Hello out there!
Hi everyone! I'm the lead printer with an in house print shop for a municipality in west Texas. I'm running Xerox's (leased) and a Xante (owned), along with a challenge cutter and an old school baumfolder folder/perf/score. I started working in a wide format shop almost 20 years ago using a blue line machine and big green box (Oce), trained to repair Kips, went to offset printing, back to wide format, and am mainly doing small format now. Here looking for support on keeping everything going!

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
