    Hello world

Hi, im not exactly new, i made this account back when i had a doubt about a konica printer, i didn't see that usually new members introduce themselves here.

Tenically im a technician from konica but in my workplace is divided between harhware and software side, and my experience is the software side of thinks taking care configurations y connectivity, i dont think i can help a lot with disasembling a printer but i have good grasp on their functions and connection requirements and i hope i can learn a lot more from this website.

Im also interested on becoming a contributor to the forum, since i already have benefited from some posts and help that people give, if somebody can guide me throught the steps i would be grateful.

      Welcome
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

        You are very welcome.
It will help to have connectivity experts here. In reality there is not enough time to master both disciplines.

What is your view on the future of the industry. What print management software are you using?
        Whatever

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

I think you'll find that mechanics are a diminishing breed, but both are here. Welcome!!
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
