    Adjust Horizontal Scan Position on Glass or Doc Feeder for Kyocera 4551?

    Having issues scanning off the glass and doc feeder, the image is about 1/8 in off the top of the page. Printing is actually fine. Is there an adjustment in service mode that will center the image or change the horizontal scan position? Found some adjustment codes but not sure which one is the right code.

      This is the order of adjustments of the Alphard 1 & 2.

      I know you're probably not going to take my advice, but I always do the full procedure beginning to end. You will find that if you start in the middle, you will find yourself circling around again and again, repeating the same adjustments again & again because the adjustment you just did changed something else.

      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
