Just to say hello guys, i'm Andre Goldner, from Brazil. I'm just a user with a little habilities technicans on my machines of my print shop, is them KM C258, KM C368, Epson WF-C20590, Epson WF-M5299, Mimaki CJV150 and Liyu Q2 UV LED Hibrid. I used this forum a several times to search help with a technicans problems with KMs and Epsons, a several years, and finally i resolved to register a account here hahaha, hope i can contribuite with forum. 1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
