    Hello from the Magic Kingdom, Orlando, Florida.

    Hello I am new here, I am a technician serving the Orlando area, has been for the past 25 years now, worked mostly on panasonic, sharp, xerox, canon, hp, toshiba, dell and lexmark copiers and printers. I am here to assist and be assisted when possible.
    I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and expertise, while at the same time there are so much more I need to learn.
    Thanks for allowing me to join this site, I am indeed honored and grateful to be here.

          I like this guy already. A little humility is a good attribute in a technician. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                                      Just moved here from Broward, looking for a house to buy, have work lined up. Trying to make a new start here, too conjested in South Florida.
