IR5050 0211 jam code

Any one experience 0211 jam code, I have replaced the ps36 sensor and cleaned the exit rollers. It is an intermittent jam.

I was having the same problem...canon advised taking the gear on that drive assembly off...real simple...and soaking that one way bearing with a few sprays of alcohol and then wipe it out and oil the motor bearing....did the trick for me
