Service tech, salesmen, gopher, snow scooper

Hi everyone, I just want to explain where I fit into the scheme of things. I work at Western Office, in Yankton, SD. My partners in crime are gwaddle, and dustin(wop). They work out of our Norfolk, NE store, I usually get stuck working on the dirty, old, oddball machines these boys don't want to, especially if it's anywhere that a GPS don't get a signal. Which is common in some areas I have to go. I don't know how many replys I will be able to give because these 2 boys send me on all these calls and I don't have all the free time like dustin and gwaddle. So hope to be of some help to somebody.

Welcome! You're in good company. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
