Hi Luke, i've been pretending to fix things for years & seem to have got away with it... good luck lol..the trick is to actually look as if you know what you're doing...if you're unsure of a piece of equipment, ask the customer to showyou what they were doing when it went wrong, that way you'll have an idea of how to use it, i do this with binders and other equipment i've never seen before, as long as you seem confident, you can fool just about anyoneTip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away... -
