Cut my teeth on the old Savin liquid 700 Series, also worked on the old e-stats Dennison and Savins. Since then I've started on the Canon One Touch worked thru up to the present day canons with a few Toshiba, Sharp, and whatever thrown in over the past 30+ yrs. Presently I'm servicing both Canons and wide format 8000 Kips and 9800 Oce' in-house

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
