    newbie, sort of.

    I received a message that I have been a member here for 400 days and I have not posted. Wow has it been that long? I reckon it has, so here we go.

    I have been in the copier business for over 20 years with 3 different outfits and primarily worked on ricoh and canon products most of that time.

    I know 3 outfits doesn't seem like very many. What I actually mean is 3 organizations. I have had too many outfits to count, most of which have been wiped out with toner. I'm kind of a smart alec.

    I'll be around.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
