    Attachments

I went to post a questions and when I went to download the sample scan it failed. Tried to upload a few ways, scanned PDF (just got a question mark) and took picture with camera (jpeg) got a white box that it failed. Also tried the basic downloader.

I have used it in the past but had trouble last few times.

Was thinking maybe I had too many attachments but couldn't see how to delete them? Anyone having issues with attachments and can you tell me how to delete the old attachments.

    Thanks

After you open the File Upload Manager window click on help button, circle with a ? at the top. That will bring up the table of file types and maximum sizes. Usually the image is either too wide or too high, pixels. Use a utility such as IrfanView to resize the image.

You can also use a cloud utility such as google drive or drop box.

Too delete an old attachment you first have to delete all threads that the file is attached to.

The largest PDF you'll successfully attach is 2MB. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for the info. So is there a way to delete old attachments that I'll never use again?
