That's not a real long time solution.

Maybe not but it is a better solution than bitching about the problem every couple of days.

        Was I doing that? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Well, English is not my mother language but do I understand it right, that that's a little bit of a harsh reaction to a substantive complaint?

I'm active in many panels and really depending on to know "what's new" and since I am in a very different time zone its is hard to know for me what is "Today" or "Todays" new posts.

When you used the work around that I had suggested the list is based on your time zone. You might also want to try the What's New? button between Forum and Contribute. It gives you the activity for the last think 10 minutes. Clicking on the more activity button at the bottom it will go back farther.

                Re: New Posts button

While we're at it.... I would luv to see a "Subscription" button on the main menu bar, or personal settings notification menu bar in the upper right. At the moment I have to click main menu Forum(wait for page to load) | Quick links drop down arrow| Subscribed Threads | Subscriptions drop down arrow| All

I would luv to jump straight into my forum subscriptions and see which of my forums are currently active. Some of my subscribed forums become active after an extended period and its easy to see if I've missed a topic that has gone off the radar.

I use the Subscription menu item most of the time while browsing on CTN.
I always have a quick read of Todays posts and then drop into my subscriptions and join in the topic discussion from there.

                Subscription Button Please.....

                -------- update ------------
For those that do not have a "Subscription| All" drop down menu item.
You need to create individual subscription sub folders and move all subscribed threads into their own category folders.
Example : I have set up subscription folders with labels.
